A downloadable game for Windows and macOS

You play as a cell determined to absorb other cells until it becomes the largest cell in the world.  Accumulate mass, traverse multiple environments, and defeat bosses in this twisted take on Agar.io.  There is one additional twist, but you will have to play the game to find out what it is.

The game catched me for a few minutes, but lost me because it not cleary communicates my decisions impact on me. Maybe I would get it, if I would know Agario.io.

To add something valuable here, i will list some questions I didn't could answer for myself, maybe it helps you to improve the communication:

- I don't know why the dark cycles come into play. Had I adsorped something bad? Is it a matter of size?

- What can I do against it? I recollected the splitted parts, but I was not really sure, if this is the right strategy

- How many Colors do I need to collect to leave a cell?

- Does the order of collected Colors matters? The circle Build up, gives me the impressions, because it visualizes a order. But I don't know, if it is true.

That said and I hope you are not bad about it, the game has a really great style and atmosphere. The music is great too. I was immediataly in trance mood. You catched me in the first seconds with it, and that is a really hard thing to do!

Thanks for the comment!  I agree that a lot of these things aren't made explicit.

The likelihood of dark cells forming increases as you grow in size and the longer you wait.  Reacquiring the dark cells after they split from you is one possible strategy, but that will continue the spread more rapidly.  Basically, the dark cells incentive use to grow as fast as possible so that you can defeat the bosses before losing too much mass.

You don't need very much color to leave a cell.  I did not make this very clear in the game.

The order you pick up colors does not matter.  Do note that the dark cells will have zero chance to form while you're entirely white.
